This book was not written from a place of theory. It was written from lived experience.
Not Built to Break was born out of seasons that tested my faith, challenged my identity, and stretched my strength beyond what I believed I could endure. Like many, I encountered moments that felt unfair, unexpected, and overwhelming. I faced loss, difficult decisions, broken trust, spiritual confusion, and personal trials that at times made survival itself feel uncertain.
There were seasons when I asked God hard questions. There were moments when I did not understand His timing. And there were periods when simply getting through the day required faith I did not know I possessed. Yet through it all, one truth remained steady: God was present.
This book is not a promise that life will be easy or that faith will prevent hardship. Instead, it is an invitation to see how God works within difficulty. How He strengthens, refines, and sustains us when we feel pressed beyond measure.
Each chapter reflects a season many people recognize but rarely speak about openly: the shock of unexpected tests, the power of destructive voices, reaching emotional breaking points, learning when to move on, choosing forgiveness without apology, and discovering the strength to stand again.
My hope is that as you read these pages, you will see yourself reflected. Not in my story alone, but in the truth that God meets us exactly where we are. Brokenness does not disqualify purpose. Struggle does not cancel calling. And survival is not accidental.
This book is for anyone rebuilding from broken pieces, searching for peace, or learning how to trust God again after disappointment. It is for those who have been tested and are still standing, even if they do not yet understand how.
As you begin this journey, my prayer is simple:
that you find hope where discouragement once lived, clarity where confusion lingered, and reassurance that you were never meant to break.
